Recently, we Henan Chengyi Laboratory Equipment Co.,Ltd has established cooperation with Cornell University for a RTP fast Sintering Tube Furnace and 3 gas way mixer project.
The 1100 RTP Tube Furnace's max heating temperature can upto 1100 degree, it is equipped with a halogen tube, can use for fasting heating(50 Celsius per second) and fast cooling. User should pay attention that the anneling sample attribute should photosensitive material. The RTP Tube Furnace also equipped with water cooled flange and has vacuum pump port, gas inlet port and gas outlet port, which allows user insert protective gas.7" touch panel control interface makes the system easier operation. All the heating temperature/time can be restored in the programmable. It can also be used for multiple, repeated annealing experiments.
The updated 3Z MASS FLOW CONTROLLER is equipped with programmable system by 7" touch panel, easy operation,accurate flow control and overcurrent deviation alarm. Suitable structure can place the tube furnace on it.Small footprint, flexible movement of movable wheel sets, and can also be used in conjunction with other tube furnaces.
